when u got enough painkillers + alcohol in before grabbing the gun, i'm pretty sure you can pull the trigger several times. and u need a lot of pressure - so she took the thumb, maybe both.

on the foto u can see the marks on her thumb.

well, 4 slugs and the last one hits the heart right... well, maybe she should have given 1 to the liver, 1 to the heart AND have eaten the last 1, just to be sure. then, noone could have saved her + open casket shoulda be no problem

So the shots sure didn't go far - they ended up just right of the heart - the bullets in the x-ray are showing they only traveled about five inches - xrays are always the person facing you hanging up
