Could have been raped. Or...could have been for embarrassing him even in death. I remember one investigation on The 1st 48, a man was found dead at a playground. He was bent over something and his pants and underwear were pulled down, exposing his butt. When they caught the fucker, it was some guy who felt like the victim had done something to him...it was really petty, and had pulled down the pants to not leave the victim with any dignity when found.
