Decomposing Male Found with Underpants Down
Yesterday morning the body of a male was found, decomposing, with his underwear down his legs. The victim is, as of yet, unidentified. There was a injury to the neck which is suspected to be the cause of death, although the instrument or method is not yet known.     |
