Here's what the translator has to say about it-obviously details are sketchy and will likely remain so. There is seldom any media followup to cases like this: Monday night, a man was found decapitated on a street in Fraccionamiento Magallanes, Acapulco, Guerrero. Authorities said the debtor (?) has failed to be identified. The man remained lying in the street Rodrigo de Triana, his head had been placed between his legs, his body showed signs of having been tortured. It was a youth of about 20 years old, wearing only underwear and shirt in black color when it was located by authorities. |
20 yrs old... had his whole life ahead of him.
