In case anyone is interested, Netflix has picked up the French documentary "The Staircase" and added three hours to it, just released last month. I delved into this case a lot. Surprisingly enough, "the owl did it" is actually the most likely scenario, but it was left out of the documentary/update because all the forensic tests at the time it was postured were (unknowingly) held from the defense. Much like the stupid assertion of the blow poke. In fact, given how much was either held from Michael Peterson's team for over a DECADE or was intentionally and openly perjured, like the jackass who lied about the spatter (while Peterson's expert on the stand is literally and figuratively the world #1 researcher on the topic, and to this day heads world training for law enforcement), I can't believe he ended up taking the plea he did. He's due money, but his wife's dumb bitch of a sister wouldn't let the DA let it go. She had micro-feathers found in the gashes on her head, on her forearms and on her clothes - the same micro-feathers a Barred Owl has on it's talons. And an actual big FEATHER in her hand. She had no bruising on her head, just gashes, which according to multiple bird-obsessed freaks (read: educated), is in the shape of the talons of the owl type local to her house, a Barred Owl, IIRC. And man, her sister is a straight biotch, like punchable bitch. Her RBF alone puts fear into the hearts of children. She loves to make shit up on her victim impact statements. I'm sure it's not at all ironic that any time Michael was up for consideration during arguments, a fire alarm was pulled, bomb threats called in, etc. so his defense had to stop prepping or arguing in court. |

Also, a few days ago, after her career was ruined, the prosecution chick, Freda Black, died in shambles. Her "Gay Panic Offense" pretty much ruined it all. Especially since she used that to convert the dead's family to how it was proof Michael killed her, because he liked the peen. In fact, over half of those involved in the prosecution team have been blown apart academically or career-wise. Another infamous member of the team? Mike Nifong - the Duke Lacrosse prosecutor... right next to Duane Deaver, the Liar. In appeals, Tracey Cline was removed, after she decided to withhold even more evidence from wrongly prosecuted cases. The whole thing was a clusterfuck of epic proportions. |

Actually, if I remember rightly, the staircase was sentenced to Escalation, after being tied up with heavy rubber handrails. Such a sad fate!
