It's not still ongoing as such, he was found guilty back in 2003/4 something like that, i can't remember exactly. He has just won a retrial for this year.

No skull fractures or no brain trauma. From every case tried from 1991-2003 in the state involving blunt force trauma to the head all but this case had either skull fracture or brain trauma. I think he's innocent.

I researched this a year or so ago...one "claim" was that she got attacked by an owl and came inside and slipped and fell. She had claw marks on her skull and owl feathers on her so idk.
