Re: Death Pictures From Mount Everest
Unimaginative type-a overachievers. Flocking like lemmings to die on Everest. Good riddance. My favorites were the group they made a documentary about, wasn't it called "Into Thin Air"? 'Famous' mountain climbing japanese woman became totally useless on Everest and slowed a group down, then they left a doctor for dead in a snow drift. He came back to life and stumbled down to camp, to everyones surprise and consternation. I have always said some German sex tourists should make a necrophilia expedition to Everest, maybe after they warm up in Bangkok.

Re: Death Pictures From Mount Everest
Everest is the top of the world which George Mallory first conquered in 1924. It holds some people in a tight grasp which some say takes hold of them and gives them a sort of Everest fever. Life is different in the death zone, it's a whole different world few have explored. I can think of a few people here I'd like to see try climb it. |
