Mt. Everest is very interesting. Almost has an aura to it but very deadly at the same time. It's like a romantic death to some of these climbers.

What do they do about the bodies up there? Leave them I guess, probably too dangerous to try and recover them.

Wow. How old is the statistic on that one photo? "One of every four climbers who attempt..have died."???? Everest is now one of the safest and easiest of the worlds 8000 meter summits. While it is still a dangerous place and people can and do die it isnt that bad. I think 400+ reached the top last year in the short period of time you can climb and maybe 2 died. The numbers are similar in all recent years with the exception of a few bad years and freak storms

they should make a sled out of the dead bodies, like in that episode of the simpsons. so the families can give them a proper burial. unless their wishes were to remain up there..

I would imagine many don't get found. They would get covered in snow and lost forever.
