i heard the best way to treat a small phosporous burn (when the shit is still inside you) is to get a knife in to it and dig it the fuck out before it burns right through you, (from my chemistry teacher who dropped a small piece on his hand by accident in his student days)

If you are in the army you just have to hope you don't get hit with this stuff if you do you are better off using your weapon to avoid the agony.
