How about making males not rape anyone. That would be a perfect start to end this problem. How about sex education in middle school. Free health clinics specifically for teens, with free screenings, free medical/therapy counselors, protection, etc etc etc etc. UNICEF isn’t the problem.  |

Some good points here. But do note that sex ed, while good on the "mechanics" does not deal with moral values as such - if you do such and such then the consequences will be so and so. Whether or not to do such and such is beyond the purview of sex ed. Those who are prone to abuse and take advantage of others will never be dissuaded via sex ed.
