In Bolivar State, Venezuela, the body of a 28-year-old woman, C.F.P., was found with her throat slit in a garbage dump. C., who had two daughters aged 5 and 7, sold hot oatmeal at a nearby popular market. It is possible she was sexually abused before death.

C. was last seen alive with four men, one of whom was her partner. Apparently, she went out in the early hours of the morning to buy alcohol with one of the men, and never returned. All four men have been arrested by police.

In Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico, a woman who served in the military, identified as M.d.C., was found dead in a hotel.

M. had arrived in the hotel in the company of a man. Security cameras revealed that the man left the premises, for unknown reasons, and did not return. Hours later, hotel personnel discovered the woman lying unconscious on the bed, prompting them to call for an ambulance.

Personnel from the Red Cross arrived at the scene and attempted to provide medical attention to revive her, but they determined that she no longer had any vital signs.

Initially, it was determined that M. did not show visible signs of violence, so forensic examinations would determine the cause of death.

Currently, the whereabouts of the man who was with her are unknown. He is currently the main suspect in her death.
