38-year-old woman was killed by knife stab(s) to her neck.
The 37 year old man who stabbed and killed her was found in another room with cuts to his abdomen. He was alive but badly injured. He left a suicide note for his (ex) ? wife and children confessing he cheated on her for 2 years with the woman he just killed.
