After the assault (either a gunshot or stabbing to the throat or lungs- the small bubbles/foam in the blood indicate asperated blood) she was still able to move around and finally fell into the puddle of blood under her head. She was able to move around for a short time later, probably still breathing. NOBODY rolled her over to attend to where the wound was. Where ever this took place, they are a bunch of bastards.

I have seen this same pic in other places....even maniped in very...distastefull ways. Though she prob would die anyway...,somebody could have tried or atleast stay with her...........something. |

A "crime of passion" is a crime where the perpetrator acts violently without premeditation immediately after being heartbroken or offended by, or acts made towards, someone they share relations with. An example would be someone attacking their partner or their lover after catching them in bed together. |
