Dead Man Found Submerged/Hog-tied (Pics&Video)
14th October 2016, Phnom Penh, Cambodia - The body of an unidentified man was found submerged in a canal/stream. The man's body was weighted with rocks, and hog-tied. The corpse also has evidence of stab (puncture) wounds and lacerations to the head, and had been strangulated. Somebody sure wanted this guy dead.  If I hear anything else about this, I'll update.  |
