Norway fucking pwns in more ways than one. Black Metal being one of them. If I ever left the USA, I'd head there in a breath. On a different note, same topic, google up Norwegian Prisons vs USA Prisons. HUGE difference. The most dangerous criminals have dorm like rooms with open doors and internet access on their computers and they get to leave and hang around town, O_O Unless I misread stuff. That could be just for the lesser dangerous/soon to get out criminals - but they did have a vid about one prison set on a farm type place with few guards and the inmates had no walls or anything. Clincher; a man took a chainsaw and killed about 4 ppl - and he was able to use a chainsaw to cut down trees in said farm prison. Norway has miniscule repeat offenders. They rehabilitate, not treat them like lesser beings like the USA does. We lock em down for 23 hours out of the day then let em out for an hour in a 6X6 'outside area'. >_> Kinda makes ya feel like 'what are we doing wrong with our system since 90 percent of released criminals go back to prison again and again and again...' etc. Wee reason why Norway rocks. It has a ton more aspects that make it incredible as well. (toki wartooth hails from there, bless his sexy lil toon self.)  |

he found the body but didnt call the police for two weeks and mutilated and took apart the body. He made necklaces with parts of his scull on them and gave them to musicians he deemed worthy. also the band said he cooked part of his brain and ate it.
