Its quite easy actually. The cartels are propped up by America so its obvious what to do. Lack of money kills any project but too much is being made in America to even think about it.

 You mean they were murdering people who merely used drugs? I was thinking that the people were committing serious crimes and here their actually killing people for nothing more than voluntarily ingesting some drug. That's Crazy . |

Well, it sounds "nice" to me as well. Problem is that those people are probably crazyhats and it takes a few wrong hints to kill an innocent guy just because something points at him being a drug addict. And the mayor supporting them could even make things worse, make them feel empowered and their judgement might be highly impaired. That's why we have trials dudes. As a "young" metalhead that drinks booze like there's no tomorrow but has never tried drugs in his life, I'd feel threatened. Easy to take me for a crackhead after a long pub night :P just sayin |
