Cousins Killed By Necklacing, Chargrilled Remains
Two men (cousins) were found brutally murdered Thursday (08/06/13).
They had been killed by necklacing:

Necklacing is the practice of summary execution and torture carried out by forcing a rubber tire, filled with petrol, around a victim's chest and arms, and setting it on fire. The victim may take up to 20 minutes to die, suffering severe burns in the process.
There are currently no suspects.

Is that a stationwagon being used like a meat-wagon? It must smell pretty bad in there. Burnt flesh and burnt rubber. It makes me sick just thinking about it.
