looks like some folks re-enacted the old movie 'murder on the orient express', where everyone on the train participated in murder...i'd guess the first blade in this vic was the bloody handle in the heart...most all the other blades were stuck in post mortem, wherever there was no blood or bruising.....probably a gang up initiation ritual...
