From those blood patterns, he was alive during the hand chopping. The feet probably got chopped after death. No blood in that area.

Somebody didn't like what he had to say. Just a theory but I bet he learned something from one of his 'counseled' ( something like child s-x trafficking ). While high off Meth and PCP later that night he decided he was gonna try to be a decent human being about it and figured he'd tell the authorities. Not realizing the 'authorities' already knew about it because they themselves were the one's doing it. At first there was panic at the station, considering they too were high off Meth, PCP, and the fictional drug "Jett" from the Fallout games. However they quickly remembered they were in Brazil, had a good laugh at their momentary fear of being held accountable, then decided the Counselor had to go. Call it intuition, but considering 7 out of 10 people in Brazil's last name is de-Silva. I'd say there's at least a 70% chance the cop that actually did it's last name is de-Silva. But I don't know, I guess he could've done it to himself too, who knows?  |
