Is that girl in the bikini top resting on the clearly injured (also dead?) guy? I feel bad for her if that's her boyfriend, but using him like a pillow while he's laying in the road like that just seems weird.

  I don't think the pics are in sequence. The blood leakage from the dead girl is much longer in the other pics where she is sitting up. She probably sat up when she woke up? Or maybe I don't know shit because the guys arm is covering the blood streak!!

I think the blood leakage is there in the pics, but hidden behind that guys arm. I had to look a few times, but you can make out a little of it.

She may have landed there and came to only to find her boyfriend dead. I'm sure she was in shock after seeing the other girls bashed in head and realizing her BF was dead. .
