Pranked the shit out of my coworker today (almost literally).
Since I live on-site I can manage some pretty elaborate set-ups discreetly, without my client noticing (he's fine with the gags, but we both agree he'd ruin the surprise).
When I made dinner yesterday evening I made gravy from a brown roux ( a flour+butter or oil mixture that forms a thick paste. It's used to thicken sauces) and dark beef bouillon. After I finished the original recipe I noticed there was a ton of roux left,and when it was molded in the right shape, it looked exactly like human poop (and was all greasy from the oil).

So I fashioned three big turds and left one in the toilet water, one carefully balanced on the toilet seat and one on the carpet directly in front of the bathroom door.
When I saw him this morning he said "Did you have trouble taking *our clients name* to the bathroom yesterday? I think some poop fell out of his diaper..."
