I've been in the PICU at Randall Childrens Hospital with my foster sister for the last month and a half. We found her on her back asphyxiating on bloody vomit. Dr.'s said it was extremely lucky we found her when did, 3 minutes later she'd be dead =( She's already a special needs case; severely effected and a complete medical mystery.They couldn't figure her diagnosis until the second time she stopped breathing. It took 2 weeks realize vomiting blood was a chronic issue, not an acute one. Her case is so severe there's a chance we might not be able to take her home She needs 24h surveillance  |

invertigo I'm sorry to hear that you and your family have had a rough time. Not reallty sure what to say but I do hope that your foster sister gets well enough to come home. Can ya'll get a nurse to come and stay with her when there is no one there? |
