Looks to me like she was laying face down after death. Would explain why there's blood pooling under the skin on her anterior side and not her posterior side.

it is totally personal choice, but some of us that like our ladies shaved, have already been to see the waxing lady or the ipl lady, so we don't get asked to shave ourselves :)
