seriously this whole WORLD is fucked, ya we may be a peaceful country but that dosent mean rapist, murderers and so on are not born here as well as every other place, does that make our entire country bad? no. I think its kinda funny that these kind of posts are everywhere but people are okay with it because .. ? i guess its expected? but when it happens in canada OH GOD NO! HOW DARE THEY, really.. grow up lol

Don't worry. Every actively operational army has probaply has had one or several "incidents" over the last decade, who knows how many have really happened but have been succesfully covered up? Even our own normally civilised military (except when off-duty and out clubbing  ) has had a shooting incident which they tried to scuffle under a rock untill it reared its ugly head in the media. And by the way, your neighbors to the south have outranked your military 100:1 as far as childkillings, rape and unprevoked murder goes, so nothing to worry about.
