One typically blacks out fairly quickly if a thicker noose/ligature is used (a scarf, a towel, a rope, etc), but it may have taken longer with this thin little drawstring because of how the pressure is applied to the carotids.

This is quite sad.

If she (and others) would only realize it's a moment of sadness, not a lifetime. I would hate to be that emotionally dependent on another human that I would take my life. It's sad.
