At 2pm on 6th November 2017, a massage parlour worker was found dead. 33 year old Chhorn Thoeun, a mother of 3, was raped +strangled.              |

More likely a crazed, murderous customer. That looks like her workplace / rented room in the brothel (massage parlor). Ask an experienced whore, they will tell you some customers are batshit crazy and will start strangling them. That's why there is usually a panic button in the rooms for the whores to call for help.

Sexworkers don't talk to you hahahaha. They Might have those buttons in a place where sex work is legal and kinda regulated, not in a place like this where they're using euphemisms  if customers are that obviously crazy for noooo reason the people at the front won't let them in, because they're not idiots and they don't want to lose an asset. This was obviously premeditated.
