Cambodian Man's Neck Hacked with a Cleaver
Yesterday (5th August 2018) in the Sithihak District, 56 year old Qat Wan was murdered. 24 year old Och Chanana, who had been drinking with Qat, hacked at his neck with a cleaver. Qat was disabled + walked with a crutch.
