The front disc is a sanding disc, the cotton backing is visible. I think they are fixed on the arbor with velcro, they are not supposed to have a hole in the middle. Anyway, this is why you should never use an angle grinder with the guard removed.

I think one behind is a cutting disk and the other one looks like one of those rough sandpaper-like disk.

A weird setup there gotta be more careful now around power tools I myself break a cutting wheel 2 weeks ago while cutting some hollow steel fortunately, the broken disk stuck in the steel rather than flying to my direction |
