Thank you! Thanks for having a look too, hopefully we'll come across an uncensored one soon. Yes, that one's been annoying, haha! 4 bloody days I've been looking for any death images of him, but I've not found anything! I've got a few photos from his FB page saved, plus that passport one that you also came across, along with a notice about his funeral. I have a feeling that we won't be seeing anything from him, I'm ready to delete the folder I have on him!  ·

Simone - I gotta say, your dedication to research and documenting reality is real admirable. A lot of untold stories are coming to light that would not have. I agree, we probably won't be seeing photos related to this case anymore, especially with how little information the press have released on this case. I'm pretty sure there's a whatsapp group run by Cambodians where a lot of the original content is being posted. Seeing the dedication of independent journalists in Cambodia, I wish some of them would join this forum and share their lens on reality. |

Thank you, it's very much appreciated. You too deserve recognition for your threads, they're always very thorough + ones most of us wouldn't even stumble upon. I've given up on that one now, it's a shame but there seems to be a Westerner death in Cambodia every day now. I'm not familiar with WhatsApp, is it possible for you to join a Cambodian group to get access to good photos? It would be very cool if we could get some Cambodians on this site but if journalism is their job, they'd want paying for it. I think it's just down to the few of us contributors of the death photo section to track good photos down.

TY Seemed like there was almost a year long lull with overdose deaths of westerners. I'm curious what the source is for this current epidemic. I almost wonder if there's some shopkeeper that's purposely selling counterfeit drugs to westerners... I don't get WhatsApp either, I think one has to be invited to the group. Maybe spending time with the expat communities online, and seeking out the morbidly curious could lead to new sources. |
