For example, this set in this thread...he claims that he obtained it from his own source and not from me. Of course, I deliberately sat on that set for 6 days after obtaining it and only posted it at that point. Only after I posted it six days later did it show up on CDG, with my own words copy/pasted.

QUITE a coincidence, I should think, that Meatpie just HAPPENED to find a set I had held for six days mere minutes after I shared it here and just HAPPENED to write the exact same description of the photos.

The Law can be quite impartial as to how it adjudicates things. The type of content wouldn't necessarily be the problem. The problem is that Meatpie is a bald-headed corpse fucker who doesn't actually understand anything about copyright law.

He paid Chinese morgue workers money under the table to illegally obtain restricted photos, which were then transferred to him so that he could charge exorbitant sums of money to access them.

In order to have copyright law enforced, he has to have a clear claim to ownership of the material. With photos that usually means the photographer or, in the case of stolen crime scene/morgue photos, the employer of the photographer, which would be the police in the jurisdiction.

Meatpie's problem with copyright enforcement isn't that the photos are naked dead people. It's that he has no clear claim to copyright and the people who do would never own up to it publicly since it would get them arrested in China.

They're all just empty threats.
