If we were to implement the use of this apparatus and the term "Next" instead of this release because of overcrowding, the crime in this country would drop considerably. Most murderers walk after 7 years and only the mass mass or extremely heinous crimes become capitol. If you read the records of the executed, you will become incensed at the amount of death in their past...I say concentrate on the victims of crime instead of the criminals.
