This was actually a nun, in Thailand, the people who wear this kind of white color will be only woman, and for men they wear orange/yellow color.

I was very into Theravada Buddhism for about six years and there are a handful of stories of people misinterpreting the teachings, becoming depressed and killing themselves. Some people can't handle the realization that everything is impermanent, there is an inherent suffering in everything and who "you" are is just a conglomeration of genetics and conditioning i.e. Ego Death. It's supposed to lead to complete liberation from suffering but for some, especially people who may have other mental factors involved, it basically just destroys their world. Also, Cobra Pose, as nothing to do with Buddhism..

I will never understand how people "hang" themselves while still being able to just stand up.
