First of all, just because some random guy posts a bunch of pictures and gives a reason for them doesn't make the reason true. If the guy really stabbed himself through the skull like this the blade wouldn't have made it all the way to the back, as it did in this case, because he would have lost the ability to force the blade further once his brain was partially penetrated. This person was murdered in my opinion.

Sometimes mentally ill people kill themself in order to stop themself from committing homicide. For instance, voices in his head may have been telling him to kill his family so he was stabbing the voices in his head. Therefore, a hero.
