Brazil - Young Man with No Eyes
On the morning of 3rd August 2019 in the Barrocas neighbourhood (Brazil), 19 year old V.B.D.C.F. was found dead. He had been shot 8 times. 'V' was last seen alive the previous afternoon. He had a bag of belongings + was with other people who lived in the area. The police state that they received reports of gunfire at around 7pm the previous night. 'V' had a criminal record for drug trafficking + had spent time in prison.
