Re: Brazil - Teenager Gets Shot in Her Head by Much Older Boyfriend
cultural differences, religious differences, and societal differences. Same thing when "Honor Killing" is horrendous to me but accepted in other cultures. Once I was having lunch with a business associate, we talked about "Honor Killing". I spoke about my views on it, he smiled and simply said that's his culture, in the same way he find USA culture's acceptance of homosexuality disgusting. Sometimes.... to each their own |

Re: Brazil - Teenager Gets Shot in Her Head by Much Older Boyfriend
I assume that this was in response to my post. "Cultural, religious or societal differences" can never excuse a grown adult having sexual relations with a minor. I'm unsure as to why so many people here seem to be under the impression that Brazilian people find these relationships acceptable. Trust me, they don't. I have spoken to + read comments from literally thousands of Brazilians on the FB gore groups I am in + I have never seen a single person saying anything positive about such relationships. Comments are always about how shocked + sickened they are + they refer to such adults as paedos. Regular people in Brazil do not agree with adults having relations with under 18s.
