CIUDAD VICTORIA, Tamaulipas. - The body of a young man, murdered and dismembered, was found by a day laborer inside a house under construction in Llera, Tamaulipas, the State Attorney General's Office reported.

A call to the C-4 of Llera de Canales, Tamaulipas, belonging to the Victoria Delegation, reported that, in a house in black construction, on Francisco Quintanilla street with Emiliano Zapata in the Enrique Cárdenas neighborhood, there was a person without life.

Elements of the State Police came to investigate the report and when they arrived at the place, the Civil Protection unit number 19 was found, confirming that there was a dead person, wrapped in a blanket.

Notification was given to personnel of the State Attorney General's Office, who arrived together with elements of Expert Services, to attest to the crime.

When removing the blanket, the FGJE elements found the dismembered body of a young man, which was inside an ixtle sack.

The owner of the house, a day laborer, was the one who reported the macabre finding, noting that he does not know the dead person, but that he found him when he went to the house to search it.

Among the clothes of the murdered and dismembered man, a voter registration card was found in the name of J.J.B.d.l.R., 20, residing in the La Presita neighborhood in Ciudad Victoria.

The body was transferred to the SEMEFO, while the FGJE started an investigation folder to try to clarify.
