Brazil - 2 Men Found Bound + Strangled to Death with Rope
On the morning of 20th October 2021 in the Lago Azul neighbourhood (Brazil), 38 year old L.V.d.S. + another man were found murdered. 'L' had a rope around his neck, which also bound his hands + feet. The other man had a rope around his neck. Both of them had been beaten + strangled/hanged to death.
