Brazil - 18 Year Old Girl Shot Dead by Policeman
At around 5am on 18th August 2019 in Rio Preto da Eva (Brazil), 18 year old T.N.D.O. was shot dead. 'T' was returning home, on the back of a motorbike, from a party. They were approached by the police but the rider of the motorbike, 'T's boyfriend, did not stop. The officer, R.O.D.S. fired his gun + shot 'T' in the back of her neck. She fell to the ground, bleeding heavily + died soon after. Her boyfriend fled the scene. The police officer was arrested. 'T' had just started a psychology course at a private college.        The video is of 'T' dancing hours before her death.

Pota what? Soup? Is it soup? Soup was only implied from what I read here, and even that was subtle--more in the subtext. That's hardly enough to go on to assume that an entire pot worth of soup would just vanish because of her absence. |

Just because the police officer was arrested doesn't mean that he will ultimately pay a penalty. Those arrested can just as easily be subsequently released.
