Brandy Norwood's 2006 Freeway Crash That Killed Awatef Aboudihaj
On December 30, 2006, a Land Rover driven by the singer Brandy Norwood struck the rear of a Honda in slowing traffic on the 405 freeway in Los Angeles at about 65 mph, setting off a chain collision. The Honda's driver, Awatef Aboudihaj, 38, a mother of two, died. The CHP recommended a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charge, but prosecutors declined to file in December 2007, citing insufficient evidence; investigators reported no alcohol, drugs, or evidence of phone use. Her children later received a 600,000-dollar settlement, and her husband settled separately. These photographs show the crash scene and the wrecked Honda; they contain no bodies.  ·  ·  ·  · |

brandy didnt die she killed the guy that was in the car she ran into.
