The nude body of a 66-year-old man, Carmen V.P.T., was found in a wooded area, with his face severely mutilated. (It looks like his penis is conspicuously absent as well, but the news reports I found made no mention of this.)
Penis intact, he just couldn't get it up. Also, the facial mutilation looks like it was done post mortem, as there is not a bloody mess around him.
