Russia(?). From a Russian pathology Telegram group:

A man was doing construction work in the attic but slipped and fell into the stairwell from a great height. Such a fall typically results in extensive fractures - skull, ribs, spine, and limb bones. Internal organs often rupture, leading to massive blood loss.

Even if the person remains conscious, there is almost no chance of survival, as critical damage to internal organs and blood vessels causes death within minutes. In such cases, medicine is often powerless.

You worry too much. Sure, it’s always nice to have a full backstory full of little details but it’s just kinda like icing on the cake. The cake is still good without icing. You do an amazing job bringing content on a daily basis. We Love You Crux! <3

How far did he fall? It kinda looked like had he not cracked his skull on the steps that he could have shook it off. The hatch obviously could not contain his excessive plumpness and size.
On second thought, had he been a wee bitmore plump, he would have lodged in the trap door opening and got “trapped”.
