head will just probably be bounced away from the wheel since the skull is round and the shear effect will turn the skull away from the shear point. either you lose your scalp or get it in the neck.

She was most likely a illegal, those or the only type of people who hang around railroad tracks in Latin America. She was probably bummed about the trip or being deported.
