It's possible and has happened many times, I have a friend that was shot twice with a twelve gauge in the chest and stomach and lived. He has to shit about ten minutes after he eats because a lot of his insides are missing. People even get shot in the head and survive.

You'd have to be one luck fucker to survive 2 shotgun blasts to the chest, they must have been from a distance though. There's no way in hell you'd survive 2 blasts at close range, it'd destroy your insides.
