I usually explain the various aspects of this at length when asked, but you look to be an ESL site member, so I'll try and simplify for clarity. Three reasons-all, some, or none of which may be applicable in a violent death. 1. Part of the Fight Or Flight fear response to danger, pain, or imminent death. 2. Primary flaccidity, which is the relaxation of control over various bodily functions at the time of death (perimortem) or after the time of death (postmortem). 3. Part of the response, largely thought to be related to the vagus nerve, to asphyxia in particular. Many survivors of near-lethal asphyxiation have testified that they lost bladder/bowel control while being choked, but prior to actually blacking out. This is also associated by some with a lack of blood flow to the brain. As for your second question, I have no fucking clue what is meant by 'outed vigorously', so I have no way to answer.  |

I guess he is trying to question whether the urine burst out from the urethra in a gushing manner or leaks out slowly like a leaking bag.
