As far as I know, that's the only picture.

All living creatures have the potential to lose bladder control in death. When this happens (called primary flaccidity), the lack of muscular control results in varying amounts of urine leaking out of the bladder. If the bladder was very full, it can leak a lot. If not so full, it leaks a bit less. It also doesn't happen every time and, when it does, it is rarely the entire bladder that empties.

If the death was particularly violent, traumatic, painful, or involved choking/strangulation/asphyxiation, then the urine is often actually released prior to death.

This reaction can be a result of pressure and response to the vagus nerve. The vagal nerve bundle, located primarily in your neck, but with subsets in the chest and lower belly, has a strong measure of influence over bladder control. When it is damaged or constricted (such as when hanging, choking, etc) or when it is triggered by intense stress (commonly in cases of intense fear, pain, or suffering), it often causes the body to relinquish full bladder control. This usually results in a complete emptying of all urine in the bladder. It is for this reason that the phrase "scared the piss out of him/her" originated. It is also why so many people piss themselves when hanging or being strangled.

Back to the point, and in response to your original question, it has been medically proven that women have a much much stronger response to 'stimulation' of the vagal nerve bundle than do men. It is for this reason that wetting their pants is far more commonly seen in females than in males, especially in cases of strangulation, etc. Men do have the same response, but less frequently and less intensely.

I only posted women because photos of them in this condition tend to be a lot more common. Perhaps I'll go through my photos and find the ones I have of men and post them in another thread.
