Looks like she had a rough life tattoos especially on women have very different meanings in many places it's still not something you see like you do in 1st world nations. Hell even in some parts of Europe a tattoo on a woman can stand for different things other than beautiful art work. In many places even color, no color, the type of color all mean something and usually it's not good.
