Holy shit! Looks like Gallagher was just there with his mallet!

Exact same thing happened to a neighbor kid that my Dad used to ride bicycles with back in the 60's. He was on his bike hanging onto the side of the trash truck, getting pulled along, and fell under the back tires. *CRUNCH!*
Pretty fucked up thing for my Dad to see as a little kid.

That dodge ram is quite far from the curb, I wouldn't blame the owner though. If you're going to ride your bicycle on the street that's the risk you take with non moving vehicles. The dodge owner should get a ticket though just as a reminder.
