Where is this? Canada? or California? Horrible. We are so used to seeing this happening all the time in Asia...sort of different to know this happened over here somewhere. Poor kid. Just 21.

It took investigators 3 HOURS! to examine the scene? I could've told them in 3 seconds the guy was squashed. Big cement truck, tyre marks on noggin, blood on truck tyres...plus witnesses! Why do they need to close the road for 3 hours? Anyone do this type of investigating and care to enlighten me? Next time I am stuck in traffic, (or laying in a road with my head squashed) I can imagine the reasons why.
