Cambodia - on 22 June 2016 there were 9 traffic accidents across the country, nationally. There were 3 fatalities, and 13 injuries according to news sources. This unfortunate individual was pictured. Three fatalities on Cambodia's roads, appears to me to be a good day.

They should use this type of pics for "bike safe" campaigns. I bike a lot too but tend to stick to the rules and keep my eyes open for my surroundings. Many people on bikes and also pedestrians however seem to think they're invincible and therefore rules do not apply to then
