Exactly. :( The vast majority of cases involve either border hoppers or indigents (occasionally both). Drug overdoses are a little less common. Suicide and homicide cases pretty rare. I'd never fully appreciated the severity of illegal immigration until I kicked around on the site for awhile. All the outrage and controversy I'd heard made it sound like it was a racial/economic squabble and all these rednecks are pissed off that Mexican's are stealing jobs from honest, hard working Americans. Then I started finding literally thousands of reports of farmers and ranchers who'd found bodies of entire families, infants and children and pregnant women on their property and thought "Ok, now I understand why these people want to make such a big fuss about it" I's just a sad thing all around. =( (before I get any indignant responses about it being a moral issue and not a racial one, I agree. But I want to point out that nobody ever gets pissed off at Canadians for sneaking into the country  )
